Our Return & Exchange Guarantee

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most arrow building components, provided they are in original, unused condition with all packaging intact. Your satisfaction is as important to us as the perfect arrow flight is to you.

Note on Specialized Equipment:

Certain precision tools and consumables cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons (see Non-Returnable Items below).

Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Request

Email our archery-experienced support team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary details:

Step 2: Receive Authorization

Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with:

  • Return authorization number (required for processing)
  • Return shipping address (our Miami facility)
  • Special instructions for delicate arrow components if needed

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package the items securely using original packaging when possible, especially for precision tools and sharp components. Include:

  • Completed return form (will be emailed to you)
  • Copy of your original invoice
  • Return authorization number clearly visible

Important: We recommend using a trackable shipping method. ArrowCraft is not responsible for lost return shipments.

Step 4: Processing Your Request

Once received at our Miami facility, we’ll inspect the items within 3-5 business days. You’ll receive email notification when:

  • Your refund has been processed
  • Your exchange items are being prepared for shipment
  • If there are any issues with the returned items

Refund Information

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within:

  • Credit cards: 3-5 business days after processing
  • PayPal: 1-3 business days after processing

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover standard shipping costs for the replacement items.

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure safety and maintain quality standards for all archers, the following cannot be returned:

  • Opened adhesives, glue & epoxy products
  • Used broadheads & specialty points (for obvious safety reasons)
  • Custom-cut arrow components
  • Feather treatment products
  • Personalized arrow wraps & numbers

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive damaged or incorrect arrow components, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll expedite replacement of these precision components at no cost to you.

International Returns

For archers outside the United States (excluding remote regions we don’t service):

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Include all customs documentation marked “RETURNED GOODS”
  • Allow additional processing time for international inspections
