International Customers Note: Customs fees, taxes, or import duties are the responsibility of the recipient. Delivery times may vary based on customs processing in your country.
Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind every broadhead, fletching jig, and arrow component we sell. If any product doesn’t meet your expectations for precision performance, we’ll make it right.
Our Return Policy
- 15-day return window from delivery date
- Items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging intact
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- For exchanges, we cover standard shipping costs for replacement items
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure safety and maintain quality standards for all archers, these items cannot be returned:
- Opened adhesives, glue & epoxy products
- Used broadheads & specialty points (for safety reasons)
- Custom-cut arrow components
- Feather treatment products

Step 2: Receive Authorization
Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with:
- Return authorization number (required for processing)
- Return shipping address (our Miami facility)

Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package the items securely using original packaging when possible, especially for precision tools and sharp components. Include:
- Completed return form (will be emailed to you)
- Copy of your original invoice
- Return authorization number clearly visible
Important: We recommend using a trackable shipping method. ArrowCraft is not responsible for lost return shipments. International customers must mark customs documentation as “RETURNED GOODS” and are responsible for return shipping costs.
